  12. I purchased a USR 28,800 Sportster. On the box it states "NOW with
  13. 33.6 Kbs data". The salesman told me there was a free upgrade patch
  14. available from US Robotics. I have tried contacting USR with no
  15. success. Can anyone tell me where and how I can obtain this upgrade?
